Rehearsal Dates
- Saturday March 29, 6:45 PM – 8:45 PM
- Location: Village Church – room Columbia 201. You can arrive as early as 6:30 pm and we need to be out by 9:00 pm. The Columbia rooms are across from the sanctuary where the conductor presents the pre-concert talk. Park in the upper parking lot next to the sanctuary.
- Tuesday April 8, at 6:15 pm – 6:45 pm
- This is known as the “Dress Rehearsal”, but there is no need to wear your concert attire for the rehearsal, however.
- Location: Village Church, but not in the Sanctuary! The rehearsal will be in the old chapel in the building next to the modern Sanctuary building
- Call Time is at 6:00 PM so we are ready to play right at 6:15 PM!

Performance Date
- Sunday April 13, 2025 at 3:00pm at Village Church Chapel, not the Sanctuary (Call Time 1 PM for a pre-concert rehearsal)
Success!
We found another violinist to join us! We now are almost at full strength. Mari will be joining us at our rehearsal on Apr. 8th. Hooray!
We are now down one bass player, however. I will see if we can find someone as a replacement.

- 3/27/2025 – 9:00 AM
- The recording and the sheet music for the movement called “To Battle” has changed and is now complete. Please use the new version of your part to practice along with new recording. (The version in copyright should be version 2.1) I will have revised parts for everyone for this piece for you at the rehearsal.

- Sarah graciously just signed up to join us! Only one more violinist to go.

- Mari has also graciously signed up to join us playing violin. Now we are set.

- Mari has agreed to play the Violin 1a part for the show. This allows Emma to transition over to group B and play the violin 2b part to complement Shirley who is playing violin 2a. (Now Shirley does not have to play to parts as the same time.) Thanks to all of you for your flexibility.
